The depot operation stores and prepares the units ready for hire or sale, refurbishing and modifying as required.The role: As the Team Leader you will have hands on Fitter / Multi Trader and Maintenance duties and responsibility for managing a small team of Cabin Fitters. Your purpose is to lead and inspire the team of fitters, driving excellence in craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety. By providing guidance, training, and support to your team, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
