Our client is looking for an experienced individual who is enthusiastic, committed, and keen to contribute to the growth of their busy and expanding firm. This role is ideal for dynamic, forward-thinking individuals who align with our core values and are specialists in residential property.Day-to-day of the role:Provide hands-on support in residential property matters, working closely with one legal advisor.Handle all aspects of conveyancing including searches, Land Registry searches, and other property-related administration tasks such as producing engrossments and other legal documents.Manage the process from the exchange of contracts through to completion.Maintain and build client and referrer relationships through excellent service and communication.Work as part of a friendly and enthusiastic team, contributing to the department''s long-term goals.Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of three years'' experience in residential property within the legal field, essential for performing duties unsupervised.Proficient in handling all conveyancing processes independently.Good technical knowledge with the ability to progress matters independently.Excel
