HR Advisor (Part-Time) Location: Essex/Suffolk (multi-site role) Hours: 32 hours per week (4 days) Salary: 28,782.40 - 31,000 per annum (equivalent to 35,978 - 38,750 FTE), depending on experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a growing HR team within a successful, family-owned multi-site business. This is an exciting opportunity to support managers and employees across a diverse workforce of approximately 300 employees, providing expert HR advice and guidance while helping to drive a positive employee experience. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service, supporting a range of employee relations matters, recruitment activities, policy development, and HR projects. Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation. Manage and support employee relations cases, including: Investigations Disciplinaries Grievances Absence management Flexible working requests Coach and support managers on all aspects of people management in line with business objectives. Advise managers on sickness absence management, including complex cases, and liaise with Occupational Health providers where required.
