We are supporting a local business in the recruitment of a new HR Coordinator/Administrator for 2026.The role will sit at the heart of the Hemel Hempstead office and be part of a dynamic and growing HR function. The role will focus particularly on compensation and benefits administration so if you have a keen interest in this area of HR then this will be a great role for you.The position suits someone who perhaps did a degree in HR and has 2-3 years work experience within a HR role. The client is looking for someone who is a self starter and thrives on taking initiative and embracing challenges. You will have a strong interest and hands on experience in compensation and benefits is preferable.If you are naturally inquisitive and eager to deepen your HR knowledge within a varied role, then this could be a great opportunity for you. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment as well as Compensations and Benefits. The position will cover employees in multiple countries.Key duties include:Onboarding new employeesDesign onboarding kits for all new startersConduct first day orientationsManage end-to-end recruitment processes including working with the hiring manager to ensure the right candidates are presentedDesign a a fair and competitive compensation and benefits package to attract and retain top talentAnalyse job titles, duties and market data in accordance with job salary rangesSupport the development and review of all HR policies ensuring compliance with legislation inclu
