HR CoordinatorLocation: office based in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham or North East office, with occasional travel between offices Salary: 30-35,000 + 3k car allowance Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5.30pmThe Role As HR Coordinator, you will deliver a proactive and consistent HR service, supporting best practice, key processes and people focused initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders, support HR projects and ensure accurate delivery of day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProduce HR management information, dashboards and ad hoc reportsMaintain accurate HR data, analyse trends and monitor sickness absenceSupport payroll reporting and benefits renewalsReview and improve HR processes and proceduresAttend employee relations meetings as note taker and conduct exit interviewsEnsure compliance, confidentiality and accurate employee recordsSupport performance management, appraisals and probation reviewsManage HR queries, onboarding, contracts, staff changes and leaversCoordinate employee engagement, reward and recognition initiativesSupport recruitment and onboarding activities About YouCIPD Level 5 qualified or working towardsPrevious HR experience across a range of disciplinesStrong communication, analytical and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail with a confidential, service-led approachConfident managing workload independently in a changing environmentTechnically confident with MS Office and HR systemsA great opportuni
