Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an-Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the-Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor,-will be responsible for:

• Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioning safely and efficiently.
• Lead and supervise a team of day engineers and shift engineers, ensuring performance standards and KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates.
• Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory maintenance tasks and ensure reactive tasks are completed within required priorities.
• Maintain compliance standards and accurately record work using IT systems and reporting tools.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor role you must have:

• NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation
• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
• HVAP qualification with relevant high-voltage experience .
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal).
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Equivalent mechanical qualifications will also be considered with the appropriate level of experience.
