Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labour, and other project costs. Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessment. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Provide recommendations for cost-saving strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing. Work closely with the bid and project management teams. Support the development of winning proposals.
