What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) andndash; essential.
- Proven experience in leading an Early Years or Reception classroom.
- A dynamic and creative approach to the EYFS curriculum that sparks curiosity and fosters a love of learning.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and support colleagues.
- An enthusiastic and nurturing personality, capable of building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Your Role Will Include:
- Leading and delivering an engaging and inclusive EYFS curriculum across Reception and early years.
- Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Monitoring and assessing childrenandrsquo;s progress, planning tailored activities to meet individual needs.
- Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with early years colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and care.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
