The Role
As the M&E Lead Engineer, you’ll:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Schedule and perform planned preventative maintenance on essential mechanical and electrical systems.
- Monitor all main plant and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Proactively identify and rectify faults, maintaining operational integrity.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage subcontractors for service delivery.


You
To be successful in the role of M&E Lead Engineer, you’ll bring:
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in Building Services or Facilities Management.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and safety regulations.
- IT proficiency, particularly in Maximo and Microsoft Office.
- Health and Safety training, with a minimum of IoSH Managing Safely certification.
