As a Residential Children''s Worker, you will support children and young people in a residential setting, helping them feel safe, understood and valued. You will be part of a supportive team creating a nurturing and therapeutic environment where strong, consistent relationships are at the heart of everyday care. Whether you are new to residential childcare or already qualified and experienced, you will be supported to do your best work and develop your career. What you''ll be doing Supporting children and young people with day to day care, routines and emotional wellbeingBuilding positive, trusting relationships using a trauma informed approachPromoting safety, inclusion and positive behaviourSupporting care plans, reviews and positive activitiesWorking across a rota including evenings, weekends and sleepovers About you You are calm, patient and compassionate, with the ability to support children through both settled and challenging moments. You value teamwork, consistency and boundaries, and are motivated to make a positive difference in children''s lives. You may already be registered with the PVG Scheme and
