Maintenance PlumberCity of London£40,000 - £45,000 We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, working in-house across a portfolio of commercial properties in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable contract with long-term prospects, a supportive team environment and a 100% commercially focused role. Key Duties: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems Attending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sites Fault-finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps and general water systems Basic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential) Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety standards Providing excellent service to clients and site contacts Working across a 100% commercial portfolio, with no domestic work Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Good communication and customer-facing skills A professional and reliable approach to in-house maintenance Package: £40,000 - £45,000 salary 36-hour working week Monday to Friday working In-house, commercial-based role Company van provided Fuel card provided Fantastic company pension Overtime opportunities available Ongoing training and development Long-term, stable employment Supportive working environment If you''re a ..... full job details .....
