We''re working with a well-established, family-owned construction and property maintenance business, trusted across Central London for over 20 years to deliver both planned and reactive building services to commercial and residential clients. Your day-to-day: Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across domestic and commercial sites Diagnosing and resolving faults on a wide range of systems and appliances Handling 1st and 2nd fix work, testing, and commissioning Building strong working relationships with customers and subcontractors on site Mentoring apprentices and helping raise standards across the team What you''ll need: Time-served / NVQ3 or equivalent in gas and plumbing Solid knowledge of commercial heating systems ACS gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1 Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation and Multimeter training desirable (or willingness to work towards) Valid CSCS card and clean UK driving licence On offer: £50,000-£65,000, based on experience 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension Ongoing training and real opportunities to progress A genuinely supportive team environment Sound like the right fit?
