We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded QS looking to develop their career within a dynamic and growing organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation Evaluate subcontractor tenders and manage procurement processes Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow Assess and manage variations and change control Conduct interim valuations and agree final accounts Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial and residential construction Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT and/or NEC) Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills Strong negotiation and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field) What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career progression and professional development Exposure to a varied and exciting project portfolio Supportive and collaborative working environment
