Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bridgend. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of housing projects, including new build developments, refurbishments-and ongoing maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of cost control from project inception through to completion
• Prepare and evaluate tender submissions and contract documentation
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements
• Work closely with site teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in housing (new build and/or maintenance)
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
