Job Title: Senior Office Administrator Location: Belgravia, London Pay: 19 - 21 per hour Duration: 6-12 months (Maternity Cover) Hours and Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (flexibility often required for business needs) Start Date: April 2026 Role PurposeTo provide best-in-class office and administrative support to a high-profile international office, while ensuring the effective management of procurement activities in line with approved policies and procedures. The role is responsible for overseeing vendor performance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services, and maintaining compliance with procurement guidelines across all departments, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
