Overview: The Internal Sales Account Co-Ordinator is responsible for the co-ordination of the internal processes to achieve specified customer deliveries and the targeted margin. This includes the co-ordination, accuracy and on time delivery of the customer quotations and sales orders, timely and accurate input of system (Sage 200/CRM) data. The creation and reporting of performance information for both internal and customer requirements. Liaise with internal departments including procurement and warehouse to achieve all customer SLA requirements. Demonstrate a customer-focused approach at all times, with proven experience in buying and sourcing to proactively identify opportunities, meet customer needs, and ensure solutions align with customer expectations. Responsibilities: Ensure processes are aligned with Company targets and objectives along with customer requirements Customer meetings/ conference calls are proactively approached with an agenda. Information and reports are readily available and accurate. Clear and concise communication with customer questions/ issues are dealt with promptly. Customer Communication structure is exercised effectively to ensure all information requirements are coordinated (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
