Internal Sales Account Manager

Location: Blackwood, South Wales
Salary: -27,000 per annum + Quarterly Company Performance Bonus
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Internal Sales Account Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Blackwood.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, acting as a key point of contact.

• Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in line with agreed service levels.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales, develop existing accounts and maximise profitability.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information using Sage 200 and CRM systems.

• Monitor account performance, prepare reports and provide regular customer updates.

• Attend customer meetings and conference calls, resolving queries promptly and professionally.

• Work towards agreed sales targets, margins and customer service KPIs.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in internal sales, account management, sales coordination or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sales margins.

• A proactive, confident and solutions-focused approach.

• Good IT skills, with experience using CRM or sales order processing systems.

• Experience using Sage 200 would be advantageous.

• A positive, professional and results-driven attitude.
