Demonstrate appropriate Health and Safety understanding, ensuring that within the estimate there is an appropriate cost allowance to deliver the job safely. Review enquiry documentation to fully determine and understand the full extent of the client s enquiry. Take responsibility for Document Checklist. Prepare and deliver a presentation of the bid scope / client deliverables (these may include some bid writing) at settlement meetings to allow senior management to understand the project. Prepare each tender in a consistently structured and accurate format in full compliance with the company policies, standards, and processes, with appropriate consideration of all foreseeable construction, technical and commercial risks. Review commercial / technical risks associated with enquiries to find the best solution. Vet enquiries allocated to comply with the preparation and dispatch of accurate supplier/subcontract enquiries to the timescales dictated. Analyse quotations and make recommendation that best suits the business. Take responsibility prior to settlement meetings to check accuracy of the information presented.
