RoleJoin a growing Biotechnological Innovator! Our client, a leading biotechnology organisation, is seeking a Quality/QHSE Officer for their new site. The role is responsible for ISO 9001 and ISO 4001 QMS oversight, contributing to a continuously expanding business at the forefront of biotechnological innovation.

Responsibilities

Generation, review and update SOPs

Compile risk assessments

Manage and update Quality documentation systems including archiving/document control

Support audits

Assist management during regulatory inspections

Address customer queries and product investigations

Manage customer complaints efficiently ensuring effective outcomes

Stay current with industry trends to drive improvement in product and service quality

Contribute to Quality improvement initiatives

Maintain an auditable training record

Maintain the quality documentation system

Support the implementation, execution, and maintenance of the QMS, including but not limited to: Risk Assessments, Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations, Complaints, Recalls

What we''re looking for

Manufacturing experience required (open to industries)

Strong understanding of ISO 9001/ISO 4001 standards in a quality-related role

CAPA, deviation, internal audit preparation and complaint handling (highly desirable)

Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications

Experience in HandS management onsite

Excellent communication skills, with ability to produce clear written reports and engage effectively with colleagues and customers
