Generation, review and update SOPsCompile risk assessmentsManage and update Quality documentation systems including archiving/ document controlSupport auditsAssist management during regulatory inspectionAddress customer queries and product investigationsManaging customer complaints efficiently ensuring effective outcomesStay current with industry trends to drive improvement in product and service qualityContribute to Quality improvement initiativesMaintain an auditable training recordMaintain the quality documentation systemSupport the implementation, execution, and maintenance of the QMS, including but not limited to: Risk Assessments, Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations, Complaints, RecallsWhat we''re looking for

Manufacturing experience required (open to industries)Strong understanding in ISO 9001/ISO 4001 standards in a quality related roleCAPA, deviation, internal audit preparation and complaint handling (highly desirable)Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applicationsThe ideal Applicant will have experience in HandS/ managing HandS practices onsiteExcellent communication skills, with ability to produce clear written reports and engage effectively with colleagues and customersImportant Information
