Receptionist/Administrator (Temporary - 6 months)

Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist & Administrator to join our client within the care sector on a 6-month temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and compassionate individual who enjoys working in a people-focused environment and making a positive difference to the lives of others.

You must be able to clear a Disclosure Scotland check for this opportunity.

• Providing a professional and welcoming reception service to visitors, service users and staff.
• Managing telephone and email enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day administrative processes.
• Scheduling appointments, meetings and managing diaries.
• Providing Job Mentoring
• Assisting with general office administration and document management.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a reception and administrative role.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience and a person-centred approach.
• Has the ability to build positive and professional relationships with service users, families and colleagues.

• 6-month temporary contract
• Full-time hours
