NOW RECRUITING - SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS & RECEPTIONISTS

Empowering Learning is working with a number of schools in the local area who are looking for reliable, organised and experienced School Administrators / Receptionists to join their teams.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong administration skills who can hit the ground running and provide essential support within a busy school environment.

The Role

• General working hours are 8:00am / 8:30am - 4:00pm.
• Daily rate: -100 - -110 per day.
• Opportunities to work across a range of local schools.
• Duties may include general administration, reception duties, answering telephone calls, dealing with visitors, maintaining records and supporting the wider school team.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Experience using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compliance Requirements

To be considered for these opportunities, you must:

• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to purchase a new Enhanced DBS.
• Be able to provide professional references covering the last 2 years.
• Be willing and able to complete all registration documentation within 48 hours of receiving it.
