What you''ll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and associated building services plant. Work on systems including HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, pipework, and general plant room equipment. Support with fault finding, repairs, and maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and downtime is minimised. Monitor and maintain mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records of all works carried out and ensure site procedures are followed. Collaborate with the wider engineering team to deliver a high level of service to building occupants and management. What you''ll bring: Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a commercial building or critical environment. Recognised mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services systems. Good fault-finding
