As a Senior Care and Support Worker, you ll play a key role in supporting older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and mentoring care and support staff Managing rotas and identifying training needs Leading on supervision and development conversations Writing and reviewing personal, care, and support plans Providing hands-on support with homecare tasks and personal care Encouraging tenants to lead active, healthy, and fulfilling lives Your empathetic, respectful, and person-centred approach will help create a positive environment where tenants feel valued and supported.
