We re launching brand-new Later Living services this October in East Kilbride, Hamilton, and High Blantyre and we re looking for an experienced and compassionate Later Living Manager to lead our team across these three locations. You will be based at one of our locations, dividing your time across all three services. What You ll Be Doing As a Later Living Manager, you ll oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services that enable older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes. You ll manage a dedicated team, ensure compliance with care standards, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for tenants. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supervising all development employees, including recruitment, training, and rotas. Monitoring performance and ensuring service levels are met. Coordinating communication with tenants, staff, and external stakeholders. Ensuring building maintenance, hygiene, and safety compliance. Overseeing personal plans, care documentation, and referrals. Promoting tenant participation and maintaining confidentiality. Handling administrative tasks, invoicing, and void property management.
