With a team of 10,000 people delivering excellence across 4,500 sites daily, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business committed to exceptional service.Responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger: Process supplier invoices and credit notes with correct authorisation and codingSupport the Purchase Ledger team with supplier account management and process improvementsManage supplier accounts and contribute to efficient administrative operationsHandle supplier queries regarding invoicesPrepare payment runs for timely authorisationComplete supplier statement reconciliationsEnsure employee expenses comply with company policyMaintain accurate and up-to-date proceduresCheck and record invoice charges to clientsProcess consolidated invoicesIssue purchase orders promptlyUndertake any other ad-hoc duties as required What ee are looking for from the Purchase Ledger: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger roleStrong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level)Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior managementClear focus on data reconciliation and detailExcellent customer service, planning, and organisat
