A leading regional housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team across the Midlands. With a strong pipeline of live and upcoming developments, this role offers excellent continuity and progression.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full customer journey — from initial enquiry through to handover — while contributing to sales targets and maintaining 5-star standards of presentation and service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in new homes sales
- Proven success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and confident using CRM systems
- Well-presented, proactive, and customer-focused
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Convert leads and deliver a professional sales process from reservation to exchange
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM
- Liaise with site teams and monitor build progress
- Ensure marketing materials, signage, and show homes are always to the highest standard
- Provide regular feedback to marketing and management
- Support customers throughout the entire buying journey
