Regional Sales Executives
to join our commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual currently working in a single-property hotel sales role who is ready to progress into regional, multi-property sales.Role OverviewThe Regional Sales Executive will support and grow business across a cluster of Fairview Hotels within a designated region (the North or Midlands
you can select your base hotel Wolverhampton/Nottingham/Newcastle/Worsley-Salford/Coventry). Working closely with the commercial team and individual hotel teams, this role will involve proactive selling, business development, account management, and revenue generation across multiple properties.This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who is ready to expand their scope and responsibility, moving from single-property sales into a regional commercial environment with full training and mentoring provided.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and secure new corporate, group, and event business for multiple hotel properties in your regionManage and develop existing client accounts to drive repeat business and increase market shareSupport the implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across your clusterConduct client visits, property show rounds, and attend relevant networking and trade eventsWork closely with hotel General Managers, Revenue Managers, and the wider sales team to align goals and strategiesProduce regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecastsMaintain accurate records of all client interactions and opportunities using the companys CRM systemCandidate ProfileMinimum 12 years of experience in a proactive sales role within the hotel or wider hospitality industryStrong understanding of the sales process, account development, and client relationship managementExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise a varied workloadHigh level of commercial awareness with an interest in market trends and competitor activityWillingness to travel regularly within the region (a valid UK driving licence is essential)Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with booking systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce) is advantageousWhat We OfferA structured step into regional sales with full support and trainingA respected and growing company with opportunities for long-term career progressionEmployee benefits including hotel discounts in our and our partner branded hotelsup to 2 x free stay vouchers per yearA collaborative and professional working environmentNest pensionMeals when on sitePlease only apply if you have relevant experience and a legal right to work in the UKFairview Hotels is an equal opportunity employer.
