Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE sought in South Buckinghamshire to join a boutique firm.The firm is looking for an ambitious Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a busy team. You will have strong corporate experience and work alongside experienced Solicitors and Partners on: company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax and other restructuring. The team also handles share scheme work and secured lending, so experience with EMI schemes and/or other HMRC approved share schemes and/or dealing with loan and security documentation is preferred but not essential.The firm offers a depth of expertise, attracting regional, national and international clients and engages in top quality work. Work on company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters (shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax, and related restructuring).Engage in share scheme work and secured lending; familiarity with EMI schemes and/or HMRC-approved share schemes and loan/security documentation is preferred but not essential.Qualifications
