We are working with a tier-one international firm looking for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team within their London office.The successful candidate will join a dedicated and esteemed team, engaging in a diverse range of corporate services. The candidate’s duties will include advising on public and private MandA, private equity, joint ventures, and equity capital markets. The candidate will play a key role in supporting clients across a broad range of sectors, including Technology, Energy, Life Sciences, and Retail, and demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.Responsibilities

Advise on public and private MandA, private equity, joint ventures, and equity capital markets.Support clients across Technology, Energy, Life Sciences, and Retail sectors.Contribute to business development and manage client relationships.Work with cross-border transactions and corporate matters as part of a large international or City firm.Operate with strong commercial awareness and technical excellence.Qualifications

1-3 PQEStrong background in corporate law, MandA, and cross-border transactionsExcellent academic recordTechnically excellent with strong commercial acumenWillingness to engage in business developmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation and Benefits
