Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineer (Heart of England)

Pay Rate: -24.14 per hour (including holiday pay)

Location: Coventry (CV7)

We are currently recruiting skilled Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineers to join our busy reactive and planned maintenance team.

We offer a wide range of trades and maintenance packages to our clients, including:

• Carpentry

• Hard Landscaping

• Bathroom and kitchen fitting

• Windows and Doors

• Plumbing

• Electrical maintenance

• Painting and decorating

• Fabric Repairs

• General Building/Brickwork

• Minimum of NVQ qualifications in relevant trades.

• 18th Edition certification (essential for electrical duties).

• The ideal candidate will be able to deliver a number of these trades to a high standard. Any combination of skillsets will be considered to ensure a well-distributed team.

We hold several contracts across multiple sectors, including:

• Property Management

• Health & Leisure

• Local Authority

• Retail & Hospitality

• House Builders and Developers

• Insurance works

• Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (on site)

• Company Vehicle & Fuel Card: Provided to carry out your daily work.

• Overtime & Travel: Overtime available upon request. Working away is required on occasion (pre-discussed, includes staying away bonus plus a food allowance).
