Our local authority client based in South London are urgently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. 35 an hour Umbrella Hybrid - 2 days a week on site Requirements for the role: Must have up to date Employee Relations (ER) /employment Law knowledge. Must have ER experience demonstrated with proven direct complex case management and advisory coaching support to HR colleagues, leaders, line managers and employees. Demonstrable experience of managing non-complex and complex ER cases from inception to satisfactory conclusion. Must have experience with working with Unions. About the role: The main purpose of the HR Business Partner (BP) is to support our operational and strategic leaders to undertake complex employee relations, change management, or other people management activities through strong guidance and advice, in line with legislation and good practice. Managers are decision makers and the role of the BP is to coach, educate and advise to ensure decisions are fair, well evidenced and protect the aims of the business.
