We are recruiting a qualified Electrician to join a property maintenance team in This role involves carrying out electrical work across residential properties, including rewires, heating upgrades, and routine inspections. The position offers a company van and fuel card for travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine testing and repairs of electrical services and equipment.
• Complete rewires, heating upgrades, and minor electrical installations.
• Follow established safety procedures and Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE) wiring regulations.
• Estimate and requisition materials to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.
• Record and report the condition of electrical systems via inspection sheets and certificates.
• Work as part of a planned maintenance and responsive repair team.

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician, 2391/Equivalent essential, NVQ Level 2 or above.
• 18th Edition (BS7671) preferred.
• Strong health & safety awareness and knowledge of best practices.
• Experience in residential or housing maintenance desirable.
• Full, clean UK driving licence with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic DBS check, licence check, and qualifications verification required.
