Senior Corporate Business Development Manager
to join their team. As the Senior Corporate Business Development Manager, you''ll
drive new business from SMEs to large corporates , using your experience in energy sales to
build strong relationships and close high-value deals.

with a company that rewards success—apply today!!Key Responsibilities:Identify and win new corporate clients through outreach, networking, attend industry events and leveraging existing relationshipsDevelop and deliver strategic sales plans to meet growth targets, including at least six in-person client meetings per monthAttend face-to-face client meetings (min. 6 per month)Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to identify further opportunities across utilities and sustainability services.Proactively manage contract renewals, upselling where relevant and ensuring continued client satisfaction.Maintain a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutionsMentor junior sales team members, share best practices, and help foster a collaborative, high-performance sales cultureKey Skills:Proven track record in B2B energy sales with experience of at least 2 years either in a broker or supplier environment. Water desirableA natural hunter with a strong track record of winning new business and building relationshipsSkilled in building, managing, and expanding corporate client relationshipsCommercially astute with a strategic mindset and the confidence to engage at C-suiteStrong team player who believes in helping others improve, sharing success, and driving a collective performance cultureExcellent communicator, highly motivated, resilient, and target-drivenSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple deadlinesRef: 15130Role: Senior Corporate Business Development ManagerLocation: Warwick (hybrid 1 day a week in the office) with client visitsSalary: £Negotiable with Uncapped Competitive CommissionBenefits: 25 days hols plus bank hols, up to 6K car allowance, career progressionSeniority level
