KINTO UK Ltd is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group with offices located in Portsmouth. The HR function is shared with Toyota Financial Services in the UK; however the role being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services. The role is highly visible and requires consistent delivery of sales against the business plan, focusing on the business development of vehicle fleets from 100 to 800 vehicles across the UK in corporate, not-for-profit and public sector markets.A bit about the Department
The multi-brand sales team is a collaborative and hardworking group that supports the fleet needs of major corporates, public sector and not-for-profit organisations in the UK. From funding to fleet management and mobility, the team consults, supports and offers a blend of products and services that attract new customers and help drive existing customers fleet ambitions forward.What you will be doing
Prospecting and winning new customers, to achieve individual sales targetsIdentifying and proposing solutions to sell to prospective customersWorking in partnership with telemarketing to maximise appointment opportunitiesTailor solutions as appropriate to ensure customer needs are met, make proposals to the Head of New Business and Senior Management team to ensuring an appropriate return in improved efficiencies or supplemental profitEnsure all solutions recommended to customers are deliverable, accompanied by approved profit models and demonstrate sustainable account profitabilityIdentify opportunities to re-engage previous KINTO customers, understanding reasons for leaving, addressing and satisfying to a level that the customer returnsUtilise CRM (Salesforce) ensuring all sales activity is recorded and maintainedBuild relationships with manufacturer and supply chain, to establish mutual opportunitiesPreparation of reports summarising activity as requiredStretch goals
Progress to manage complex, major fleet bidsDevelop new advanced negotiation and presentation skillsGather cross department experience of our operational capability and how we deliver our products and servicesIncrease customer awareness by following and assisting successful bids through a full implementation process to go liveEnhance responses through creative thinking and designExperience youll gain
