Site Manager We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily site operations across general civil engineering projects, including highways, roadworks and public realm schemes. Key Responsibilities Manage site teams, subcontractors and daily operations. Oversee highways, drainage, kerbing, paving and roadworks. Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered on programme. Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality standards. Liaise with project managers, engineers and clients. Requirements Proven Site Management experience within general civils. Highways, roads and/or public realm experience. SMSTS certification. Valid Gold or Black CSCS card. Valid First Aid certificate. Strong leadership and communication skills.
