Site Manager-

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily site operations across general civil engineering projects, including highways, roadworks and public realm schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site teams, subcontractors and daily operations.
• Oversee highways, drainage, kerbing, paving and roadworks.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered on programme.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and clients.

Requirements

• Proven Site Management experience within general civils.
• Highways, roads and/or public realm experience.
• SMSTS certification.
• Valid Gold or Black CSCS card.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
