Permanent Rugby based - hybrid after probation (1 day from home) Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (4.30pm on Fridays) From 24,537.74 - plus bonus (circa 400 per quarter - uncapped) Our client, a training provider based in Rugby, are looking for a Telesales and Marketing Assistant to join their direct marketing team. The successful candidate will be scheduling new business appointments and promoting the services on offer. Please note this role includes following both cold and warm leads, so you must be comfortable in a sales-based position and confident on the phone. The key responsibilities of a Telesales and Marketing Assistant: Engage with and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers through telephone, email, social media Gain valuable market intelligence to support the direct marketing team Organise, generate and sending mailings for the business Generate leads amongst prospects for sales execs and recruitment team Provide a high level of service internally and externally The ideal candidate for the Telesales and Marketing Assistant: The most important qualities for this role are a proactive attitude, resilience and confidence to pick up the phone Previous experience in a B2B telephone environment would be advantageous Comfortable speaking to people at all levels Must be IT literate - experience with CRM systems Can work in a team environment under pressure Have the ability to maintain accurate information and data Can work to KPIs with a desire to reach ..... full job details .....
