A broad interim HR role supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll and engagement activities. Support wellbeing, engagement and organisational change projects. Coach managers on HR policies and best practice. Line manage and develop a People Officer. Contribute to continuous improvement across the People function Profile Itrent experience is essential Previous employee relations or advisory experience. Confident supporting managers with people matters. Experience across recruitment and onboarding. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
