You''ll be responsible for handling claims from first notification through to resolution, investigating claims, reviewing coverage, liaising with stakeholders, negotiating settlements, and ensuring excellent client service throughout. Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims • Investigate claims and assess liability and exposure • Review policy coverage and prepare insurer reports • Negotiate settlements within delegated authority • Maintain accurate claims and case management records • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and insurer requirements About You • Previous claims handling experience • Strong technical and analytical skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Commercial and client-focused approach • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively What''s on Offer?
