Job title: Compliance Coordinator (Awaab''s law) Salary: £33,000 per annum, plus other benefits Location: LetchworthFulltime, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday ENB have partnered with a Hertfordshire based housing association who are recruiting for an additional Compliance Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.You will manage all designated compliance work streams daily to ensure that contracts run smoothly, remedial work is issued and delivered on time with a primary focus on Awaab''s Law, Housing Health and Safety Rating System referrals and follow-ups as Awaab''s Law gets rolled out.You will need to coordinate the activity of the damp and mould response team (in-house and external contractors) working closely with the Reactive Repairs and Voids Manager and provide proactive tracking and case management of Awaab''s Law referrals with a particular focus on damp and mould cases, ensuring regular, proactive communication with residents to ensure compliance with the law.
