Construction Operations and Compliance CoordinatorA growing construction contractor looking for a capable, detail-driven construction administrator who wants to build a long-term career in operations, compliance and project support.This is a junior but high-responsibility role. You''ll sit at the centre of the business, making sure construction projects are properly documented, compliant and well organised. If you enjoy structure, accuracy and being relied on, this role will suit you.What you''ll be doingPreparing and managing construction paperwork such as RAMS, safety documents, lifting plans, reports and OandM manualsMaking sure all documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on timeManaging project files, version control and document workflowsSupporting health and safety, compliance and accreditation requirementsMaintaining records for accreditations and auditsUsing client document systems and portals (e.g. ACC, Asite or similar)Learning and managing internal systems and digital toolsReviewing requirements and spotting gaps before they become problemsImproving templates, processes and ways of workingProviding reliable support to the wider operations teamWhat we''re looking forEssentialAt least 12 months'' office-based experience in the construction sectorExperience working with RAMS or construction health and safety documentationStrong written English and excellent attention to detailConfident using systems and learning new softwareOrganised, reliable and able to w
