We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Children''s Residential Home in Bloxwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of children''s residential care to take ownership of a service and make a real difference to the lives of young people. As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and support are delivered. You will lead from the front, creating a positive culture for both young people and staff while driving excellent outcomes. For exceptional candidates with the capacity and experience to oversee multiple services, there is an opportunity to manage two homes, attracting an increased salary package of 65,000 per annum.
