Leading London Legal 500 law firm Contested Probate opportunity.My Client is seeking a 1-3yr PQE Contested Probate Solicitor to join the team.Responsibilities

Deliver advice on a wide range of UK and cross-border issues including estates and probate, contentious trusts, and vulnerable client disputes.Work on Estate Disputes such as Executor disputes and disputes over personal possessions, as well as Trust disputes such as Trustee Removals.Represent and advise high net worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, and family offices.Requirements

1-3 years PQE with solid experience advising on contentious private client matters.Interest in transitioning to a highly regarded Private Client team.Benefits
