I am partnering with a University in London to appoint a Strategic Senior HR Business Partner. The role predominately strategic with operational duties, alongside leading a significant change program and line managing a small team. The role offers hybrid working.Client DetailsHigher Education OrganisationBased in LondonDescriptionA Senior HR Business Partner to:- True generalist strategic HR Partner role - Line manage a small team- Work with your client group to provide strategic advice and guidance on HR matters and work closely with the exec team to influence the strategic direction- Support in shaping and driving the people strategy and HR initiatives - Lead on change management activity, including a large scale organisation change restructure with your client group- A key priority will be executing a large scale change program with a new structure already agreed, with the support of other HR team members- Oversee employee relations casework and provide support and guidance to the people team - Identify key priorities, and drive positive change- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships- Lead on cultural change activities with your client group and new ways of working- Develop people plans- Lead strategic initiatives including talent management, performance management and succession planning- Implement new HR policies if requiredProfileA Senior HR Business Partner with:- Previous strategic HR partnering, line management and complex casework experience- Previous e
