The Role
Senior Midday SupervisorContract type: Permanent. Hours: 7.5 hours per week, term-time only. Working pattern: 11:45am–1:15pm. Salary: Pro Rata salary of £5,440 per annum, based on a full-time equivalent of £31,158 per annum.Closing date: 6 October 2025. The Role Details
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated Senior Midday Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role, line managing a team of 9 Midday Supervisors and ensuring lunchtimes are safe, positive and enriching experiences for all children.Leading, organising and supporting the Midday Supervisor team.Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils.Enhancing lunchtime provision through creativity, problem-solving and a child-centred approach.Working with staff across the school to ensure consistency and high standards.
