We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated Senior Midday Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role, line managing a team of 9 Midday Supervisors and ensuring lunchtimes are safe, positive and enriching experiences for all children.Key responsibilities will include:Leading, organising and supporting the Midday Supervisor team.Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils.Enhancing our lunchtime provision through creativity, problem-solving and a child-centred approach.Working with staff across the school to ensure consistency and high standards.About You
