We are working with an established specialist contractor looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager as part of its continued growth. Ideally, you will already have a strong background within demolition, deconstruction or specialist construction, although consideration will be given to exceptional Project Managers from technically challenging construction environments who understand complex project delivery. The business delivers demanding projects across a variety of environments, from complex city-centre deconstruction and structural alterations through to industrial projects, remediation and specialist engineered works. The Opportunity As Project Manager, you''ll take ownership of projects from pre-start and planning through to successful completion. You''ll work closely with operational, commercial and technical teams to develop the project strategy, methodology and programme before leading delivery on site. Responsibilities will include managing programme, resources, subcontractors, client relationships, health and safety, risk, quality and overall project performance.
