The Company:
Melita POS is a growing Leicester-based business creating standout retail displays and experiences for major brands.
From design and manufacturing through to logistics and installation, projects are delivered under one roof, meaning the team gets genuinely involved in making great ideas happen.
As the business continues to grow, we''re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on pace, variety and responsibility and wants to play a key role in getting projects successfully over the line.

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Own projects from receipt of client brief through to final delivery and installation
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, costs and priorities simultaneously
• Coordinate design, purchasing, production, warehouse, logistics and installation
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the right parts, materials and information are where they need to be
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout project delivery
• Monitor costs, timelines and project risks, protecting both delivery and profitability
• Review technical information and ensure project requirements are clearly understood across the business
• Proactively identify and solve problems rather than waiting for them to escalate
• Get hands-on and involved wherever needed to keep a project moving
• Manage changing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining quality
• Work closely with the Operations Director and wider Project Management team
• Take ownership of the end result, from the initial order right through to successful completion

About You as the Project Manager:

• Proven Project Management experience within manufacturing, production, retail display, engineering, construction or another fast-paced project environment
• Strong experience managing projects from start to finish rather than just one part of the process
• Commercially aware, with a good understanding of costs, margins, estimating and delivery commitments
• Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects and competing priorities
• A natural problem solver who stays calm when things don''t go to plan
• Positive, energetic and resilient, with the determination to find a way forward
• Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Comfortable getting involved in the detail and rolling up your sleeves when required
• Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Able to work at pace and make decisions when deadlines are tight
• A genuine team player who is loyal, ambitious and keen to contribute to a growing business

Additional Benefits:

*Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week

*Predominantly office-based role at Melita''s Leicester site, with some hybrid flexibility considered
