Qualifications

12+ Years of experience in EBS HCM Modules especially in Compensation and Benefits Modules.

Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes with at least 2-3 Implementation experience.

Communicate effectively with others Lead and assists in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems.

Should be well versed in support process and ensures complete ownership.
